In one line

Recordvert turns Outlook PST and OST files and mbox mail into PDFs with their attachments, on your Mac.

Short description

Recordvert reads PST, OST and mbox files directly, including Apple Mail, Gmail Takeout and Thunderbird exports, with no Outlook or Windows needed. Word, Excel and PowerPoint attachments become PDFs too, with the original kept beside each one. Results are saved next to each email or merged into one PDF per email with bookmarks. You can filter by sender, subject, words and dates, highlight your words and get a report of just the matching parts. Long conversions can be stopped and resumed. Your mail stays on your Mac, with no account, no cloud and no tracking.
